We rely on individual donations from people just like you. Please join us and help support communities in need and to help stop the deforestation in the Amazon rainforest, Brazil and to the hurricane sandy victims in the New Jersey -East Coast Shore Line, USA. It is a global effort, of course it would not only benefit the fundraiser(s) of the different organization(s) and or communities in need but it also brings a sense of peace to help others that are less fortunate.

The Oficina Boracea is a shelter for the homeless run by the City Government of São Paulo, Brazil. It was developed as an effort to create opportunities for income generation for the homeless residents of the shelter. The association of artisans includes former and current residents of the shelter who after a period of apprenticeship are able to earn enough to pay for their own housing. Rio Designs works alongside with Sol and the Fair Trade Organization.
